Our colleague and good friend, Gene Downs from Write It Downs, contacted ummhumm | creative studio to create an online presence for his copywriting business. Having just left the corporate world, Gene needed to promote his services and to have a portfolio showcasing his work.

We created a logo that captured Gene’s vibe as an established, award-winning writer and editor. We then rolled out the green and purple color palette to the web site design. The Home page clearly highlights the three areas of focus with light animation attracting the visitor to dive deeper into Gene’s body of work.

ADA compliance, back-end SEO and keyword analysis coupled with a fully responsive, retina ready display makes the website easily accessible and SEO friendly for the search engines.
